I was born in Owen Sound, Ontario and lived in Southwestern Ontario my whole childhood. After receiving a Political Science Degree from Wilfrid Laurier University I felt called to ministry. I graduated from Calvin Theological Seminary in 2010. My wife Grace-Emma and I were married 2012, the same year we moved to Kelowna to start ministry at KCRC. I like playing the drums and keyboard, playing golf and tennis, riding my motorcycle, and sitting on the beach. I love digging into God’s Word, and thank Him everyday for His grace in Jesus Christ.

After living most of my adult life in Edmonton, Alberta, God created an opportunity for me to move to Kelowna in 2013 to be closer to my parents to help and support them and to use my gifts of administration and leadership at KCRC.  I feel so blessed that He has prepared such a wonderful niche for me where I can serve in my giftedness and make a difference for His Kingdom!  I love my work in the church office and am passionate about leading people in worship.  I am grateful every day for the way God opens my eyes to see Him at work in this broken world.
